The Space For Healing All Who Bravely Seeks To Understand Their Human Life Experience At A Deeper  Level

About Us

The heart that has compassion will birth a light at its end of time to bring back life

Aiyuna Light Yang is an AuDHD polymath, Hmong shaman, hypnotherapist with a background in clinical mental health, psychology, trauma informed healing, neuroscience, subconscious exploration, and personal transformation. Her healing journey emerged through a profound near death and awakening that taught her the ancient teachings of her Shaman lineage, Siv Yis Neeb Ntxhais through Buddha's path.  This opened her insights into deep introspection, ancestral reflection, and the study of the human mind, suffering, consciousness, and emotional healing. Through this experience, Aiyuna was initiated onto the path of a shaman and was thrust into an intense journey of understanding the relationship between the body, mind, spirit as a healer.

Growing up largely outside of the Hmong community as an orphan and experiencing life through the lens of displacement and self discovery, this awakening ultimately guided her to bring to life, The Awakening Infirmary. Through years of healing, reflection, and inner transformation, she began developing a compassionate framework rooted in awareness, emotional understanding, and helping others better understand themselves and connect the deeper mysteries within both the human experience and Hmong spirituality.

Her work integrates:

  • ancient healing of Siv Yis Neeb Ntxhais
  • hypnotherapy
  • subconscious exploration
  • mindfulness practices
  • trauma informed reflection
  • symbolic interpretation
  • nervous system awareness
  • shadow work
  • emotional healing practices
  • ancestral and spiritual reflection

Aiyuna’s spiritual framework is deeply influenced by Buddhist philosophy and compassion based healing. The Buddha guides and contemplative teachings she works with symbolically represent wisdom, awareness, compassion, inner peace, emotional liberation, and the reduction of suffering. These teachings help shape the grounded, reflective, and compassionate approach she brings into her healing work and personal philosophy. Through The Awakening Infirmary, Aiyuna's goal is to create a compassionate and reflective space where individuals can come to love and find oneself through their healing journey and leave with knowledge.
